i) What form of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit, Maestro/Switch and American Express.
We also accept cheques made payable to 'OTBGames'. If paying by cheque we will despatch your order when the cheque has cleared.
ii) How will I know my order has been received?
We will send you an Order Confirmation Email when your order has been received. We will also Email you when the order has been dispatched.
iii) When can I expect to receive my order?
Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days from date of posting, but may take longer if circumstances beyond our control disrupt postal services. In any event, please allow up to 7 working days for delivery, although in most cases delivery will be considerably quicker than this.
iv) How much do you charge for delivery?
Our UK delivery charges are based on the weight of the item(s) you have ordered and start at £5.99 for up to 2 kg rising to a maximum of £13.99 for 20 kg. If your order comes to £100 or more then delivery within the UK is free.
v) Can I order something which is 'out of stock'?
It is possible to place an order for an item that is 'out of stock'. Please email us using our 'Contact Us' form HERE and let us know which items you are interested in purchasing so we can place a rush order for you with our suppliers.
vi) Do you stock replacement pieces?
No, but we may be able to order replacement pieces from the relevant manufacturer or supplier. Please contact us for further details.
vii) Why are some chess pieces slighlty different from others?
All of our ornamental chess sets are completely hand made and as a result of this slight variations in colour and size may be noticed upon close examination. This makes each set unique. Also, due to the staining process involved in making wooden chess sets there may be some natural variation between pieces and sets.
If you feel that the variations are too great, please contact us for further advice.
viii) Are chess boards included with your chess sets?
Unless otherwise stated, boards are NOT included with our chess sets. A chess set comprises of pieces (ie rook, knight, bishop, queen and king) and pawns.
